We collect what we need to run the board: name, email, phone, town, the pin, photos, and messages on a claimed job. Waitlist signups are the same — so we can ping you when a trade goes live.

Address and full photos stay hidden until you accept a look or a firm number. Claiming a pin does not reveal the house.

Automated mail (waitlist, signup, claim, photo request, job thread doorbell) goes through Resend from noreply@pinclaim.com. Write hello@pinclaim.com if you need a person. The job thread is the conversation. We do not sell the list. We do not run ads on your jobs.

Kadoo Ideas, LLC operates PinClaim. Staff use Workhorse to call shops, remove test junk, and keep Coverage honest. If you want your account or waitlist row gone, email hello@pinclaim.com.
